Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and delivery (invoice along with the original packaging).
WE WILL FULLY COOPERATE WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. HOWEVER, WE DO BELIEVE THAT IT'S OUR CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITY AS WELL TO BE TRUE TO THEMSELVES AND NOT TRY TO CHEAT THE COMPANY FOR PERSONAL BENEFITS.
For returns to be initiated, customers must understand valid (genuine) reasons for return and invalid (vague) reasons for return.
Examples of valid reasons:
"I received a damaged product"
"The box seems to be tampered and there might be issue with the product"
It is necessary for the customer to give proof of their claim. We recommend you to make a video of unboxing the product otherwise we won't be able to help you out with the returns.
It is solely customers' responsibility to check that the seal and tapes of the package are intact before receiving it, if incase customer accepts a damaged package with broken seal then no refund will be initiated from our end if anything happens to the product.
Examples of invalid reasons:
"I do not like the packaging of product."
"I do not want it anymore"
"I just want to return it"
"The product doesn't suit me"

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We recommend you to record an un-cut video of the product upon receiving in order to be sure that issues/damages are out of the boxes only and not fabricated by the customer for personal benefits. Any refund/return requests without the proper proofs won't be entertained.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@prathfit.com.
Order cancellations
Once the placed order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in between. The customer is then advised to receive the package without opening it and then apply for return and refund. However, if the customer requests a cancellation and the product is not dispatched by that time, a refund will be initiated upon deduction of 5% transaction charges (applicable on prepaid orders).
FOR COURSES:
The courses are 100% non-refundable which means once the candidate has enrolled and the payment has been processed, the amount cannot be refunded.
By enrolling in the course all the students agree to be in non-disclosure setting for the course material, link or video lectures; which means any student found guilty of circulating the copies of the video lectures/course material shall be held liable and legal action will be followed through.
PrathFit and the associated individuals hold the full right to terminate any misbehaving/ill-mannered student from the course at any moment of time without providing the refund.
Enrolled students having attendance less than 50% won't be allowed to give examination and no certificate will be provided to them.
